PROCESS

1. ALIGNMENT

We will work with your team to align on the hiring timeline, the ideal candidate, skillset, and the factors that determine success.

2. SOURCING

We will then use a variety of resources to source candidates, which includes our extensive professional network.

3. SCREENING

Qualified candidates are contacted and screened for competency, long-term goals, understanding of the position, etc.

4. REVIEW

Candidate profiles are then reviewed and analyzed with the client and an interview shortlist is then created.

5. INTERVIEWS

An interview schedule is finalized and availability is then coordinated between the client and the candidate.

6. HIRING

Once a finalist is determined, we assist both the client and candidate with the negotiation process & close the job order.
